I have done this before were I left and I was fine and when I go back I get my item page ready so when I go to the hosp I jump right out immediately! I thought everyone knew about this already lol

yeah course you can, pretty unreliable though and you don't get long in hosp - plus not sure if it auto triggers after a certain amount of time if you don't revisit the page

I won a pi from the wheel my first year in torn
His entire casino is rigged dude, check roulette for example. The only one with 50/50 chance would be footlette i assume
I don't think the other stuff (Excluding wheel) is necessarily rigged, its just the nature of casinos in general to be in favour of the house lol
over 15 yrs of playing and spinning that friggin wheel and NEVER won that friggin private island.
I know the wheel irl and they'd never be rigged.
The only time I've done something close to this was realising that i might get a kick in the throat mid spin and went and withdraw blood to fill blood bags so as to not waste my full health. And i did get a kick in the throat
Truth is, the game was rigged from the start.

it is rigged, Leslie even says so in the dialogues. Still, there are people who have won it, in fact when you do the dialogue is of Leslie being surprised.
