Hard to say, but I think a high execute rw pistol seems to be what most big bois use, preferrably one with 65+ acc. There seems to be a decent amount paired with motivate too, should you find an orange or red :)

Ofc there's also a high revit bt mp9, if you don't want a revit primary, but that's more utility

A powerful or finale rpg or 98 anti-tank would be a good option to one-shot low hp asshats, though coming by this would require way more effort than it's worth imo (heavy caches are silly to farm)

Eviscerate is also a decent option for secondaries, but i see those more on melees, probably for the lack of reload.

A def whore loves having a wither secondary, but if you're running a gak or something similar in primary it can be overkill, vice versa for slow on a dex whore.

Secondaries are the easiest to mess around with, esp in the current meta, there's not really a go-to "best" yet, though give it another year or two and probably there will likely be 1-3 bonuses that are favoured as the best ones, with certain min stats (acc is favoured on secondaries, as it's mostly your utility slot)

If you're looking at ranked war weapons:

Best accessible Ranked War: Cobra Derringer (good stats low ammo usage for special ammo)
Best general non-RW and potential RW with the right bonuses: BT MP-9
Best utility: Taser
Best special ammo conservation non RW weapon: Homemade Pocket Shotgun
Best Stealth gun: Beretta Pico
Notable mentions: Ranked Weapon - Stricken Milkor MGL (6 shot per reload increased hosp time)
Poor mans Milkor - Stricken China Lake (3 shots)
Destitute mans China Lake - Stricken RPG (1 shot)

Most notable bonuses (some budget good, some just good):
  • Assassinate - Increased damage 1st shot (up to ~150%) more budget supportive damage for 1st shot before weapon swap. (pairs amazingly with hair trigger) for guns with larger clips (non cobra derringer) not good for defense though as you don't want to keep firing them.
  • Conserve - Ammo conservation (up to ~50%) budget allows for more liberal usage of special ammo and more for other weapon.
  • Deadeye / Double Tap / Expose - Generic good, just chance at double hit or crit damage / hit chance but Torn does have a lot of overkill so that should be considered, most don't consider it so probably overpriced.
  • Disarm - A good disarm with long turns can really mess an opponent up, especially if you use armor to mitigate guns or melee specifically. People sleep on this a bit, but between the armors mentioned and some job specials this can be pretty devastating. Does require some RNG and a high turn disarm to justify it over any other special though.
  • Empower /Quicken - Two of the best, speed / strength bonus up to ~220%
  • Execute - Amazing in the right circumstances but in practice those can be HARD to create. Can make mission targets easy but with the life regen per 5 min tick you're looking at 5%+1 hp so 16%, 21%, 26%, 31% the numbers between are highly questionable in usefulness.Goes up to ~32%, at 16 it can be hard but you can find mission targets, at 21% you can get a LOT of mission targets.
  • Finale - Some mentioned but this is highly questionable you have to time it AND land the hit on lower acc weapons.
  • Motivation - Honestly overpriced, amazing stat buffs but you have to charge it up and really you want to come out swinging. Great on a great weapon, but not good on a bad weapon to "charge up" when you have to CREATE circumstances for a bonus they become iffy. Would put this next to Finale/Execute in you have to create a situation for it. For missions, even harder, imagine trying to charge up off an NPC while fighting over mission targets. Nope. Again, exception if it's on a good weapon like BT MP-9/Cobra where you feel justified in firing the weapon on its base stats.
  • Powerful - Generic more damage up to ~50%
  • Revitalize - One of the best but has to be on a good stat weapon or you're losing or losing HP for more E in many situations. Avoid weapons that force you to create situations to benefit.
  • Specialist - Increase damage limited to single clip ~60%+ great since you have 3 weapons, anything to supercharge your fight is good.
  • Stricken - Extremely valuable for bullies and one of the most expensive specials in the game, little to no value for new players practical usage.
  • Warlord - Good faction weapon, not as much for an individual unless you find a faction paying for respect (none do), in all honesty any dedicated player can make a top faction and the value of respect past 10m is questionable, so this weapon is highly overpriced.
I left a few out that are useless, bad, or traps, like chance to debuff enemy -25% makes no sense when you can train your defense more and boost your own offense via Empower/quicken 100% of the time at a much higher rate. Only usage I saw for this was during Ireland war where I used it to debuff enemy defense in group pillow attacks timing exact distraction hits to debuff defense without killing targets. This is EXTREMELY situational.
