Only if you give them away, or break game rules and staff removes it from you - otherwise no, just mug the money you have out / on hand - be careful when selling or trading since people can and will scam you, as is the culture on the video game
Oh certainly no player would trade items for real world goods...like DPs for feet pics- Absurd!
