I just tried to run through it but medical and education wouldn't trigger.

Any help appreciated!

For education you need to answer interview questions until the interviewer asks you about what to do with a bully. Choose to beat them with a bat then choose the answers that anger them the most.

For medical you also answer interview questions until they ask you about a person with a stab wound. Choose to stab them in the other arm then the most infuriating answers and done

The questions are random and you are not guaranteed to get the needed question to trigger it. You can speedrun by waiting until you get to the 3rd question and exiting the page without answering if you didn't get it. This will let you immediately try again for an interview.
