just go to 2.0 do SFC, like, A LOT
It's basically 0 but natural nerve bar is a good measure, once higher up you can use the API to compare to faction mates (You can anyway but pretty useless at the bottom)
Crime skill in crimes 2.0 can give you an estimate. If I remember correctly, in group crimes selection, you are sorted by crime exp.
