Currently on mobile, my faction chat is always hidden behind a chat box with 3 head/shoulders icon. It's really annoying because you have to click twice to open faction chat, especially if there's just faction chat beneath the 3 head/shoulders chat box.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

You need to visit Doc Brown and get the DeLorean. Pick a time before Chat 2.0.
