The credit card can be used in the buglary crime to break into apartment buildings.
Don't believe the Drivers License has any use yet, but personally I'd keep a hold in case we get some kind of identity theft crime :)

If you can't sell it at the recycling centre it has an intenslded use now or in the future.
Currently credit cards are used as part of the burglary crime but may do something else in the future too.

Just keep it. Not very expensive and quite funny to hoard.

Extremely low value item. Just keep it and see if it has a use later on. As you progress in Crimes 2.0 you'll start making boat loads of money from items and cash payouts. It really ramps up the money rather quickly in our new crimes system. Not as beneficial to older players, but it's very good money for the young ones.
You'll probably end up getting duplicates in the future. You can always sell everything, and keep just one.
