Ok guys I'm looking for a job but I don't wanna quit mine then not have one don't have much for stats yet any advice

At the beginning it is normal to work in any of the 3 starting NPC job. Keep in mind that if you leave you actual npc job, you can return to it later and you will keep your job points, you will not lose them.
Joining a player owned company can give you some money and some trains ( trains are "huge" boost to oyur working stats ). For low level players ( with low working stats ) it is normal to find a small company that is starting. I have a couple to suggest you if you want. I know people that are hiring in their company, all level and stats.

Also remember that, sooner or later, it is important to finish the 3 advanced npc job because they will give you some permanent bonuses like

• Job: + Ability to Revive in medical job
• Job: − 10% Education Time in educational job
• Job: + 5% Crime Exp & Skill Gain in law job

Also you can still spend job point in grocer shop to acquire some stuffs like energy can etc.
In both npc jobs and player owned company, you will receive daily some money, job points and working stats
