Three most common methods of getting points are:
  • Exchanging plushie sets in the museum (Not yet possible for you)
  • Buying them from the points shop
  • Buying subscriber status/opening a donator pack
Easiest method for you would be to buy them from the points shop. This requires money though which im guessing you dont have much of. I'd recommending following this guide to get to level 15 and start earning money. Racing is also a costly endeavor. You don't really make money so be prepared to lose some.

Don't worry about buying a racing license until you can afford donator status, refills, and xanax regularly. It doesn't pay anything back.

Racing definitely is a slog, but it can be fun. Unfortunately, as Cockynudist pointed out, it doesn't give any tangible benefit.

Another con about racing is that you can't fly and race simultaneously, so you in fact lose money by choosing racing over flying.

You don't ear points, only elves and cats ear points.

A viable option for you is also the wheel in the casino (1 spin per lvl per day) would recommend avoiding the 1m one for now, the other two are profitable, the 1m is not.

You can also get them via PTS stock and Faction territories but those are both pretty far off for you.
