I have like 85 free refills after a long offline period.
I would like to ask if like with 20-25k total stats, it is an option to sell RW attacks? If yes, then how much is usually paid per attack? How do factions usually manage the payouts. Like on a per attack or like per 10 attacks? Etc. All tips and offers appreciated!
A lot of places will pay you 2-4m regardless of stats.
A lot of plat facs are full of green leaves so you’ll get targets maybe not every week but most likely every couple weeks.

It's different for each faction tbh but here are some of it
1. Outside hits 500k-250k. Same as assist. War hits 2-10m. But you kindda need speed clicking and stats tho.
2. Termed war most of the time. It means there will be weeks where you get paid for training. Pay can be 50m-200m perwar depending war deals. You kindda need to wait in line to get a spot there. They don't usually have morethan 10-15 ppl in faction.

Happy jump can be nice. But if you're lucky, you can get faction where you can do both
It will take quite a few wars to burn those refills. With your stats you will likely run out of med CD way before you run out of E.
You can always fly out durring a war and dump outside hits and use all refills in 1 chain raising it up ALOT and taking a full payout for all refills then earn war hits payments after thst # of refills is dumped , I'd use ya in 2 weeks of ya want when we war again chat me if interested
