Edit to add: After trying several helpful ideas that failed. I tried one of my own that seemed to work for me so far. Close everything and restart my device. So far so good. I am on a Chromebook and it doesn't give me very many options for downloading things so restarting on this issue seems to have cleared it up so far. If I have further issues with it, i will return here and post it.
Not sure if this is still an issue but using Cloudflare WARP helped me avoid the 403 errors. I have since turned it off and I'm not getting any 403 errors.
but cloudflare says the issue has been resolved and at least for me its getting worse up to the point it refreshse every 2 seconds [image: i.imgur.com]
