    The fact I'm nearly at 10k busts and not even been given the busting book and this guy is probably going to waste it makes me die a little inside.

So you've "listed" a book that you don't actually have, in the hopes that it may attract people to your expert busting service?

Basically no one will pay for a busting service, especially fro a level 9 who would have difficulty busting a level 35 in jail for 2yrs plus.
Those that are sweet and kindhearted will send a gift after a bust anyway!

You may have more luck mailing people about long lost relatives having left them money in a trust!

Good luck with your busting service or whatever other venture you go into next x

How are you planning to use the book with your $5m NW?
Also best to use the book when you have much higher NNB and in a faction with max busting skills.

As many above me have pointed out, you currently do not possess the skill set to bust adequately. You will probably fail more than succeed at this level.

You could instead offer a bailing service... cost of bail + a nominal fee. Just bear in mind a LBC is available for about 1m so if you ask more people would just use that.

No, I belive he just said that he has a book ("as listed below"), just a bit awkwardly written. Not sure if they've opened it already or not.

If you haven't opened the book already, then don't. Wait a few years and then you will need to wait another few years and THEN will be the time you get the most value out of it.
