Running into not having the details of the icons drop down after clicking them or hovering over them, its been going on for a while now, I've also done a lot of my own testing to see what is going on with the lack of the drop down details with no conclusion.

If you click and hold your own name or anyone else's the pop ups still work, but icons on the top are still down as of now.

It's also only my top row of icons when on PC.
