I am still showing 75 casino tokens, did not use any of them.

Revisiting the the Wheel page shows it on cooldown.

Your daily Casino tokens refill takes place on the first page view of the day. You had Spin the wheel page open before the midnight tick and were correctly credited the 25 tokens. The daily refill took place after you moved away from the Wheel page to Company page (your first page view of the day). This is how the system works presently and is not considered a bug.
