Article 420
  • Hammer sales, gifts, and transfers
    • Statute 69
      -Under no circumstances shall anybody, without prior permitted or authorization, who is not worthy shall; sell, trade, or transfer a hammer(s) of any variety.
      -To do so is punishable by a fine of no less than $500, an hour in the Torn City jail, or a combination thereof.
      -Any individuals caught in the illicit dealings of hammers will be barred from all further hammer sale establishments, trades, and bazaars upon their third consecutive offense.
