I'm at $-98M, any other ways to get out of it other than mugging?

They can't do casino as they have nothing to bet with. Loan from Duke might be able to. You can sell losses to get out of it pretty quick. Ranked war farming would help as well.
Guest at a ranked war faction and within a couple wars you'll be back to even.
Have a job, bounty hunt, selling losses, casino, and market are what I can think of on the top of my head.

Fastest way is to just buy 4 or 5 dps
restart and don't gain nearly 9 figures of funds illicitly next time
I had neg 98m as well from a bookie bug where the bookie refunded the bet but I was supossed to win, since I withdrew the refund, when they fixed the bug and set it to a win they set my balance neg since it would've been 100m more than I earned from the win, not every neg balance is from illicit means

Casino with negative cash onhand? Somehow i dont think you can buy into a game with -100m
Guest at rw faction is doable but at low stats it can be hard to find suitable spots, though i‘d say that would be my go to, other than that itll be difficult.
Can‘t use travel, rehab or casino and the only way to trade is through barter with other players.
You can use the whale way out and splash from the wallet but thats unnecessary for 100m.
If you have any talents like graphic design or api scripting people pay a pretty penny for that.

Just do losses in the attack forum. It'll be over very rapidly.
I provided a whole list of ideas :D He knows his account and situation better and can use the tools and advice given to help himself, don't try shoot someone down for trying to help another ;)
