I just noticed that the Super Store doesn't sell it anymore, will this be another crime exclusive item you can get? or will it restock eventually?

This are easy to found in search crimes
Strangely enough, whilst you can no longer buy blank DVDs from the Super Store, you can shoplift them from there. Go figure the logic of that.
