Is someone kind enough to explain colored weapons to me? Why r they more expensive and what are perks? What's the strongest perk? Do u guys have any price range in perks?

Maybe ask in ur faction. They may have some different bonuses for you to test out.
They are Ranked War Weapons, which offer different bonuses (a chance to increase your own stats, lower the opponents stats, disarm an opponent, and many more). I can't say there's a strongest bonus, as it depends on your playstyle and what you're looking for.
But that early on I don't recommind even thinking about those. Focus on growth, you'll get there eventually :)

The tinge on the picture? Yellow, orange and red indicate rarity and that they have a special bonus
