After you have all the books and mods you want, and plenty of special ammo, you can stop being an errand boy for Duke.

Books. I'm not a subscriber, so that's my main way of getting them. Mods are good too. You can just get special ammo from crimes

I just do missions so that I can secrete things on other players.
After you have all the books and mods you want, and plenty of special ammo, you can stop being an errand boy for Duke.
