My ranked war for my faction won't let us participate and didn't for awhile we got a stronger guy to join us to rank down now we are rank three bronze and it still won't let us do anything after he left this is screwing us alot

You need to enlist your faction to join in RW's... Enlisting just starts the picking process. Matches are picked on Tuesdays.

If you're not getting picked, then there are no acceptable matches for your faction, and you'll have to wait until someone similar to your faction enlists.

The system is working as intended, your faction strength needs to be restored to a comparable level as your last war, or wait for your faction to naturally decay the rank to match your current roster strength.
