You can use medical items while in the hospital to shorten your hospital time, and get out faster
You can pay for a revive with other players. Also, as they said, you can use morphine or a first aid kit to go out faster.

To answer OP’s question, you can use medical items such as a first aid kit, small first aid kit, and morphine (check your factions armory) or you can buy a revive, but they are expensive at 1xan/1m each

Morphine and first aid packs. Build good relations with revivers too.
