faction cannot enlist

hey everybody. so the big guy in my faction left as planned after the break from his original faction was over.

we now cannot enlist until the roster strength is restored. i knew it was a risk bringing him in temporarily but one i was willing to take.

could anybody please explain to me how this works, ive heard of having to wait until the faction crumbles and or potentially lose a rank before we can enlist again but on the ranked war page of the faction it offers no information or figures as to how to match previous strength or any time indication what so ever.

any advice is welcome and apologies if this has been asked 1000 times already

Your two options are:
  • Wait for the rank to decay enough to let you enlist again. This will take 10 weeks + 1 week for every rank you'd need to go down
  • Bring in a higher stat person to be able to restore roster strength
Aside from those two theres no way to be able to enlist again

thank you kindly for your response, you have given me the information i needed.

so our rank is silver 2 which is the same as it was when i bought the faction and we all joined. would that mean we will not need to lose any rank and gain anymore weeks than the 10 it would take to decay?

Either that or gain enough battle stats to put your faction back into the silver 2 hidden rank range

I’m actually not to sure about that one.

I’m not 100% on how the system works so there’s a chance they are still able to enlist after.

or they just run into the same problem again telling them there strength needs to be restored

Although thinking it through you might be right

Just a little update, I have managed to recruit somebody with almost as high stats, I was advised I would need to find somebody with 80% of the last guys and it would work, and it has, my faction can now enlist again
