Any tips or tricks to run a successful bazaar, seems like buy/mugging is pretty prevalent or are bazaars not worth it large scale

Self hosp with blood bags - take the intravenous therapy course, close bazaar, add items, use an empty blood bag or a few, open bazaar/use wrong type blood bag. After items sell set up a ghost trade with someone you trust, hide the cash there, med out, wait a while then cancel trade and hide the cash in stocks or a vault.
As far as it being profitable aside from protecting your wallet, if you don't have the money/time to buy hundreds or thousands of items at the 95%-99% market value range you won't see much money very quickly. A lot of Torn features are a long grind.
The bazaar is very handy to have when you do end up with items to get rid of, though. Don't have to pay item market listing fees.

my experience
1. make your price the lowest, for example, if the lowest price of xanax in the market is 845,000, you sell 844,999 on your bazaar
2. after you set your bazaar and click confirm, just fly or self hosp
3. repeat
4. profit

Please don't rush your pricing and do not sell cheaper than market price everytime. For your own sake.
This is the best way to sell quickly, sure... but also best way to lower prices long term witch'll lead in less profit for every trader.
Or your cheap prices will benefit an other trader who will buy your cheap stuff to sell it at higher price.
Of course if you feel that certain prices are ridiculously high it's okay to sell cheaper... but usually isn't.
I'm not even a trader so this isn't interested, just logic.
