Can somebody explain to me if your EE helps you as a director for your own company? I know that it counts for your employees. But does it for you? Is there some hidden computation goin' on if it does?

If you have merits in EE, it will add to your efficiency. As director you have no efficiency, so EE won't help you when you are director.
