You cant expect the wiki info gatherers to find and list all possible scenarios when a lot of the crimes are still updated with new scenarios and information constantky added.

I had three critical fails from graffiti that sent me to hospital, the most from any crime.

Just don’t make the mistake of saying it out loud. Some people might hear it wrong and question what the f**k you just said, leading to a painfully awkward explanation that you were actually referencing cat nipples. Prefer the kitten’s mittens for verbal communication.

It's the doctors repairing that damage? You sure it's not us that just have an ungodly regenerative ability? How do you explain a person eating 5 dragons breaths rounds to the face and only coming out with 20 minutes of hospital time or people getting shot by swiss guards several times and comming back with 30+ hours of hospital time lol

Most crits cause injury/loss of life instead of outright hospitalizing you. If the life lost is higher than the player's current life, it'll lead to hospitalization.
This can be confirmed by checking the flavor text of an injury and hospitalization and seeing that they're exactly the same. The API logs further confirm this since the outcome ID is the exact same for some injury/hospitalization outcomes.

This means that players with lower max HP (like holders or new players) are more likely to be hospitalized on a crit compared to folk at a higher level or with life merits.

As can be seen, the flavor text is exactly the same, the life loss on the latter attempt was higher than the max life of the player performing the former attempt, which caused the crit to become hospitalization instead of injury.
