You have to be here a while and it will as some point ask you to move over
But at some point everyone will be moved over
You just need to keep playing crimes 1.0 and wait
When it's ready you will see at the top of the crimes page a button yo that will switch you to the new crimes when it's ready....

You need to do the missions.
You might need to finish George's missions first, or make it through the first 14 days so you're not a greenleaf anymore.... or both
