Not sure why the picture didn’t show, it’s on the bootlegging crime. It showed up as a crime flavor text for Sell Counterfeit DVDs. “Grabbing some loose cardboard from an alleyway, you make up a hand-written sign for the front of your stall. “Charity DVD sales for kids what won’t live so long,”
