    Not every rig is overclockable You need to have enough power in your rig to support it and enough CPU’s to be able to overclock

In Torn wiki it said is just need to drag the power gauge in rig display but i dont see the orange or red thingy it said.
Finished Overclocking edu. currently on advanced Overclocking.

Not every rig is overclockable

You need to have enough power in your rig to support it and enough CPU’s to be able to overclock

Sometimes you just need to refresh the page.

I had enough power and the edus and the slider did not appear until I refreshed the page

you have maximize your power. 2990/3000
you can only OC is you have more power.

e.g.
at 100%, u used 2000/3000
at 150%, u used 3000/3000

This is your problem:

Assuming you have the educations to be able to overclock, overclocking would exceed your current power availability.

You either need more power (PSU) or less things that take power.

You must construct additional pylons.

Awesome, so the issue is you don't have enough power. Overclocking uses more power to perform better, but you're using 2990/3000 power so you don't have any to spare. I would check out the guide that Flare linked above, it has a bunch of sample rigs.
