    Yep! Youll be put in a blackmail oc team, and the crime becomes ready 24h after the team is first planned. As long as both teammates are in okay status, anyone in your faction with necessary perms can initiate it. …

You can join a 1* AN and use the special to blackmail.

Alternatively you can blackmail someone with your faction members under the organized crime tab

I think OP is asking about the OC blackmail. For that, you don’t need to do anything except be available when it is ready, so don’t be in jail, hospital, or traveling.
