So..... last night i was sleeping and kept waking up but not able to move and my eyes had a black circle around where I normally am able to see.
nothing creepy but i kept waking up to noises, now i have lived in my house 15 years so i know my houses normal noises were not normal.

Someone explain please.

For the vision thing, idk the reasoning behind floaters/dark spots in vision.

For me in the dark, the annoying thing is to see a stupid flickering light source. (It isn't a light, just inside the eye/nerve maybe)

For the noise, who knows?

Sounds like an episode of sleep paralysis, mixed with a little bit of a wandering spirit trying to disturb you.

Something strange did you check if its an animal or not? Check for surroundings and see if you mistaken shadows for ghosts etc. Just check and reality check the area around your house

Sleep paralysis. Common phenomenon. There’s a part of your brain that shuts off your body so you don’t go galavanting about while you’re having a snooze.

If you partially wake up while your motor system is ‘off’, it’s usually a bad time. You often become afraid, which leads right into nightmares (because you’re still mostly asleep).

Next time, try to remember to tell yourself it’s normal, and just go back to sleep. Your body will sort itself naturally.
