Have you tried to ask the leader, co-leader or any council member about the reason? Without more information, anything we say would just be speculation.
Perhaps try speaking directly to the leader. That might be the best place to start.

Sorry for kick, but I had reason. The faction has been unenlisted from ranked warring as the roster strength has reduced too much since the last war.

Actually it seems it was the other way round.
OP's weak stats made the faction average stats go low.
In any case, they knew his stats at time of recruiting so it wasnt fair to him.
