Someone I referred got to level 20 and I received a Gas Can and an advanced driving manual (along with the points and donator days). I've been informed that you can buy gas cans in the npc shops for 57$, so it might not be a special item anymore, as advertised in the recruitment page. Yeah this, I do not see books in possible rewards, I get that getting books from referral is a bit much but I am really hoping books did not get removed from subscriber rewards
I referred a player into the game to get... a 57$ gas can. Didn't even get a refund after they fixed the bug! But in all seriousness, it's not perfectly balanced IMO, but something is something...
actually the main thing to care about is the 250pont and 31 docator status, as for 2 special items since a long time they aren't the main rewards to care about. that's why I think they don't bother giving compensation about it
Great! After 15 years of playing this game I decided to become a subscriber in the hopes of receiving some books.... And now books aren't even on the list??
Only thing good in that list is the FHC, eDVD, Keg of Beer and Six Pack of E.
Throw in an occasional SE to make it worth our while. That would be a real improvement.
