Oh dear, sell the company back to the game frankly.
IF not? Upgrade it fully. Employ 10 people at 100k work stats and pay em 5m to 10m each a day for the neccesary time to get a acceptable number of stars so you can slowly exchange your expensive moneyhogs for noobs. As noted that 200m of networth wont get you far while you earn 10k 50k or 100k a day. Smile once your company makes that 1 million a day in profit, but thats is a good several months into the future.
