Have also cleared cache with no resolve
Chats have been missing for weeks iv tried clearing cache and private tabs to no avail just gonna add to this thread of errors
Mine has been fine other than the usual "sometimes it won't open a chat" but now it won't update faction chat, trade chat, won't open new chats, won't post to any chats I do open.... except on random tabs. Some tabs it does, most tabs it doesn't.

same here now, not working on PC, but mobile works some how.
try closing all torn tabs once, I had stale tabs pre downtime and got no new chat connection
Mine has been fine for a while. But today it has started forgetting new incoming/outgoing chats for me. Ie my chat history goes back to 1 day ago or longer even though im chatting with them now.
Can you replicate the issue in another browser like Chrome?

With Brave Browser which no longer gets supports on win7, but...
I haven't tried completely logging out 'cause I'm hopeless with passwords, but it doesn't matter if TT is enabled or not.
~Edit- Just went on straight google chrome, and it works- I'll mess around some
~Another ED- logged out on brave and started a new page, seems to work atm.

I deleted and installed app again issue fixed
I cannot open any chats that have new messages and its displaying old messages. The conversations are never up to date.
When are you guys going to fix this? Getting really frustrating. I would rather the old system any day.

As a note I am using a browser on Dark Mode
This should be resolved now, it was caused due to an improvement update that was passed earlier in the week. It has been reverted now for further testing. You may need to clear cache and cookies once.

Have similar issue of chat not showing at all , tested on Laptop Chrome, Edge and mobile: iPhone 13, iPhone 11 on torn PDA, Safari and Chrome. also tested in incognito/private mode on all browsers.
The chat icons do not load/appear on the on the bottom or when you try create a chat with someone. Think this was down from 7th Feb onwards for me
