Pretty simple. Goto auctions, and see if any of your items qualify to be auctioned off.

As for the question, all RW (Ranked War) Weapons and Armors can be auctioned off. To auction off normal Items, Weapons, Armor, Collectibles, Ect. there must be less than 1000 of that item in circulation to qualify.
You can go to the auction house to see if you have anything that can be auctioned off. Use the drop down at the top. If you have no items that qualify you can not use that feature. You can always still place bids however.
