Device: Apple iPhone XS; iOS 14.7.1;

i’m level 50 on the password cracking crime but i still can’t access the rigs no matter where i click. They are just a white square. Does anyone else have this problem?

You are using the iOS app which has been unsupported for several years now. I will recommend you to switch over to a browser or to TornPDA. The rig is unlocked for you, clicking the square should give you the option to add components to the rig. This may be broken on the iOS app, but there's no way to fix that.
