When i went to answer for the medical interview, there is this question " Someone has dropped, clutching their throat choking... what should you do? " the answer was to Perform the Heimlich Maneuver. but there is no such option, the only 3 options are, steal the wallet, perform abnormal trust(or what idk something like that) and perform CPR. So what is the answer???? I need help, pls.

An abdominal thrust is the Heimlich Manoeuvre. It's not called the Heimlich anymore due to the family objecting to it apparently. Or so I heard.

I think it's a general movement to make names more intuitive instead of using names with no actual meaning when it comes to what it's referring to. Like fallopian tubes. Fallopian has no medical meaning, unlike uterine.
