There should be a surrender option in wars. Like, we're currently in one that there's absolutely no way of us catching up to, let alone defeating our opponents. They're just wasting e and we're wasting time at this point. Why not be able to wave the white flag and call it early so everyone can move on with their Torn life?

Maybe because this means wins could be bought without spending energy to win them?
Maybe after a war gets so lopsided it could become an option? And individuals sell losses all the time. What would be the difference if you want to slut out your faction?
Selling losses/"slutting" comes with the downside of losing valuable E that could be spent training, though. And if it's already that lopsided, the war will be over sooner than later anyway.
It doesn't help your suggestion that you're in a faction with "Cache Farm" in its name. It seems like you're just trying to make farming caches easier than it already is, which isn't the point of ranked warring existing, even if it's a popular side effect.

oh lovely, let’s make termed rws even more unbearable for the economy.
Hmm, I guess that wouldn't make much sense then. Oh well, back to the hospital.
Just keep medding out for them. Goes faster that way.
