I keep getting the same problem. An "Error" message followed by "Lock in Progress" while trying to do another one. Not sure what could be causing it as it's the first time I have seen it.

It could be a problem from when they refreshed for the new day.

Happening to me also, but only on the top password on the list. Have been successful at hacking other things after refresh, but problem definitely persists even when browser set to incognito mode to disable all addons.
