I think this goes to Q&A, ive been away for like 4/5 months.

Best way to spend refills?
and can I use them all in one day/24hr period?

im getting active now ive sorted all my RL crap goin on. any factions (didnt know whether to put in recruitment/looking for) with good gains/want a crime geezer let me know!

Best way would be buying a 99k happy jump. And yes, you can use your free refills back to back. However you can only buy each type of refill once each day using points.
