I don't think you understand how companies work in this game. Judging from your zero day old company and a question as blank as this one i'll just refer back to the fact that new players should not start companies.

No, you do not.
You need employees of the correct type that sell the properties to customers, your company has 0 employees so you will not get any sales.

A property broker doesnt "own" property. They act as sales agents for owners and take a commission. You need employees to fill positions and set a competitive price point.
Employees have to be other players you pay or otherwise convince to work for you.
