simple set up walls if you can to get early discharge you can stack from hosp and make sure each member turtles add bounties to each other 2 x what normally you would get hit for and then be extremely active and you can use ED to get out from a bounty collector hit do damage and get hosped by bounty hit again (positive respect actions)
Failing ED spank the enemy faction while having overly high bounties on each other so they have to race them
for turtling fly to UAE coach and set alarms for land and return flight
if you really wanna f**k em up drop money on boosters and ruin 2 factions energy cost em an arm and a leg if you can manage it and they wont try it a second time with you

ED is super powerful in this situation cos the outside hits can hosp and waste their energy and they get no war score and you get out of hosp with no worry, totally takes out the enemies teeth at that point it is on you tho your faction has to be more active each member has to have positive net respect each
