Raiding considered Toxic?

So I’m in a fairly small faction. But we’ve been looking at raids as a means to gen respect.


The faction we have our eyes on is small consisting of two mid tier players.



The players seem to be active but the faction only has them. It has not grown. Don’t know why they have it, I doubt it gives them many benefits. Would a raid be a dick move in a sense?

Yes, raids are the worst way to earn respect and also a faction of only two people will not give you many opportunities to earn little respect. It’s a lose/lose. The easiest way to earn respect is to chain. If you get experienced at that then enlist for a war.

If you need to ask, you shouldn't be leading a faction.

Learn from people who know what they're doing before you try to lead others. Don't ruin the game for other noobs.
