Does this happen to anyone else? Sometimes a page will be loading for 30 minutes. closing tabs, opening them, trying them with a vpn, without, none of it really does anything. it's frustrating to land overseas and get mugged because the page won't start. one time I attacked a Duke target and nearly lost because I almost timed out before the first attacked.
Just keeps clocking.

Have you tried opening the page in incognito?
If it works there and not in a normal tab its a script/extension/cache issue

It happened to me last few days, even when I try to close all scripts, clear cache or anything it's the same, unless I close the browser then open again it went fast only for few mins, TornPDA isn't affected so it's not internet speed issues. Doesn't happen to me today though

No, I can honestly say I've never waited 30 minutes for any web page to load, ever. Not even back in dial up days.
Happens to me very occasionally. I don't know why.
Just curious... you waited 30 mins for 1 tab to load?
I mean, it was more 'click on the tab then check back in 30 minutes and see no progress,' but there was still no progress so....

Torn has been freezing often for couple of days now. Few hours ago it showed service unavailable and logged me out twice. Haven't faced the freezing since then. Hopefully they've fixed it
Sometimes when this happens i would quickly swap devices from Phone to PC or PC to Phone.

Sometimes it happens to me on mobile if it's gone to sleep. I just close those tabs and open new ones and it works just fine.
I've seen this issue now on multiple networks, devices, browsers, with and without incognito. It seems to a bigger problem to me.

Nope, haven't gotten this problem in the slightest. As others suggested here:
1. Try a different browser
2. Check your internet connection
3. Try wifi and cellphone data connections or a public wifi for good measure.

I switched browsers (Brave to Safari both incognito) and it seemed to work. Good luck!
