Thanks but now people are bullying me and putting giant bounties on me calling me an Rtard I didn't know until I asked a member of my faction. There's a 50k bounty on me, I'm coming back to torn now from SA if you want the bounty you can claim it
Always ask advice from faction and friends first. There is also plenty of guides that you may want to check.
When you land, either in Torn or in a foreign destination you have 15 seconds of attack immunity. Have someone send you the cash to rehab, and when you land, fly to Switzerland to do your rehab. In Torn since you have bounties there's a minor chance you'll get mugged, but with bounties you'll probably just got hospitalized so no money lost.
But when you go to Switzerland, make sure you set a timer on your phone, an egg timer, whatever you got to go off like 2-3 minutes before you land so you can be ready. You'll have 15 seconds of immunity where nobody can attack you. Do your rehab, but some plushies, flowers, flash grenades, whatever your fancy is with your extra cash and immediately fly back to Torn.
Hundreds of players do this every single day. You'll be fine.
And ignore the bounties. Medical items are cheap.

A 50k bounty is a tiny one, not giant. People can get paid $250,00 or $300,000 to attack and intentionally lose.
Don't worry about the bounty. Just ignore the insults and move on. If you get attacked for the bounty, it's not a big deal. If nobody collects it, then in a week, it will go away.
