Hey everyone,
I've been curious, and did a little looking, but couldn't come up with any information on it.
Does anyone know what the average net worth of Torn City players is?
Is this information already available somewhere?
oh it's the reddit catfish again
Shoot, should this be in "Questions and Answers"?
more than you
1,840,496 Citizens (as-per the City Statistics) being dividing the total amount of money on-hand as well as in banks (Currently $85,776,712,595,745) puts the City Statistics number right at: $46,605,215.
This is taking into account the massive outliers on both sides - and doesn't take into account any of the nuances not tracked by the city.
Its not more than me XD, But I really thought it would be. I'm surprised its not higher.
Thank you! I thought it would be a lot higher!
The literal million plus accounts that have gone inactive with a LOWWWWW networth really puts a hamper on the number
3 million.
I fail to understand what you mean XD
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]He meant 3 million ppl, also its not correct, the IDs may reach 3 million but it doesn't necessarily mean there're 3 million accounts, check community building city hall for how many accounts[/background]
Thought so, but I also assumed he would be smarter than to just go off of IDs, so asked. Apparently not.....
I can’t remember where I read it (a newspaper article maybe?), but I think the median net worth was somewhere around 5-6B.
If everyone each sent me $46M, it wouldn't actually change the average worth of each Torn citizen. Give it a try and see.
Didn't you quit? Or was that a notice that you'll eventually quit one day?
At least 42.
I mean, that number was obtained by calculating cash on hand and in banks. Most of peoples' networth tends to be in items/properties/stocks so I'd imagine the actual number is wayyy higher.
Almost 95% of my networth is not in bank or hand. YMMV, of course.
It's gonna be hard to find out because NW as a stat doesn't accurately represent someone's actual NW. Most people with 1B+ are underestimated due to a number of reasons
