I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled.
Have noticed this a few times. Caught it yesterday when on mobile (no torntools) and then noticed again today. Its a good thing my primary doesnt use much or could really have sucked.

No i have not changed loadouts.

There are a few ways in which people can accidentally switch ammo priority without knowing what they did.

You can switch the ammo priority by clicking on the ammo section on the Items page and on the Attack Loader page (before starting the attack):

So if you misclicked on the area which shows ammo before starting an attack, the ammo priority would change. If the action is getting logged, the ammo change is originating from your end.
