Unsure if this has been previously considered. But I have a set of riot gear I'm a huge fan of. It just so happens after discussing weapon experience. My faction discussion broached the concept of Level armor. The more you use it the more familiar you are with it. That sort of thing, worn in if you will. Anyways, just hoping for the concept to be considered.
