Can you please try clearing your cache from the browser settings, disable all of your scripts/extensions and see if it resolves the issue?

Can you please open the browser console on the Controls page and see if there are any errors in there? Are you certain that you have disabled all add-ons? Something like an ad-blocker often blocks certain parts of the game even though there are no ads on site. I am seeing no problem with the Controls page on your account:
