Why does property lose value generally wondering ??

probably because more and more people are acquiring them :)
The market is pretty much determined by the cost to build them which is impacted via a property broker job as well as stocks that lower the cost of upgrades. Generally speaking most properties hold their value, as long as you're not upgrading them yourself without the resources to lower cost or overpaying.
Property has a set value in the game. If yours is dropping it's probably because you owe upkeep.
